REMINDERS:

• RSVP for Championships NO LATER THAN June 29th at 11:00AM!
• Meet starts at 8:00AM on Saturday, July 8th. Warmups for our team are 7:25AM-7:45AM in Lanes 5-8.
• This is an ALL-DAY event! Please bring chairs, a canopy if you have one or desire one, and any supplies you wish to have available. More details about where and when to set up your canopy will follow prior to the day of the event.
• A concession stand will be available during the meet selling breakfast, lunch, and snacks and drinks.
• Vendors will be available selling swimming apparel and equipment.
• Wear comfortable sandals that can get WET (especially if you are a timer)
• There are many people so label all your items
• Dress for the elements: wind, sun, heat, rain
• Ribbons are given for 1^st through 15^th place in individual events and 1^st through 8^th place in relays. Heat Winner ribbons are given to the 1^st place finisher in each heat, while they last.
• Swimmers must be responsible and listen to the Announcer.They must stay in the Bull Pen area until their event is called, at which time the Bull Pen volunteers will take them to the Clerk of Course.The Clerk of Course will line up swimmers for their events.
• Swimmers must be responsible for being at the clerk of course for their events.
• Understand that as swimmers are learning strokes, they may be disqualified (DQ'd) based on technical mistakes.All swimmers will experience being DQ’d in their career.Offer support and encouragement – and get ready for their next event!

Please note: a $3.00 per-athlete entry fee applies to this event. You may pay this fee via the 'Champs Entry Fees' page on the website, or in-person at any practice or meet prior to Friday, June 30th.
