New for 2024! Many local businesses have provided assistance to the Piranhas over the years in various ways, be it donations for Piranhapalooza, discounts for goods or services, etc., but we have never had an official means of recognizing these donors publicly, or any set guidelines or agreements with such sponsors.
Starting with the 2024 season, we are now offering sponsorships! With three different categories (Gold, Silver, and Bronze), businesses have the opportunity to provide a small donation to help the team out, and we will in turn provide visibility and gratitude to those businesses through the various channels we have available to us.
Sponsoring our swim team is a fantastic way to promote your business to hundreds of families in the Vandalia and Greater Dayton area. Each swim meet we host at home averages 200+ in attendance including participants and spectators from all over the Miami Valley.
As a Cassel Hills Swim Team Sponsor your company may choose from tiered sponsorship levels including:
- Company logo and link to your company’s website visible on our website.
- Company sponsorship Shout-Out at home swim meets.
- Company logo printed on our 2024 swim team T-shirts
- Shout-Outs and thank you on our social media pages.
- Company logo on our heat sheets and team banner at home meets
Gold ($200): All of the Above
Silver ($100): Shout-outs at swim meets and social media, Company logo on website
Bronze ($50): Shout-outs on social media

I paid for a Sponsorship. Now what?
First of all, thank you!! We are tremendously grateful for your support! In order to provide some of the rewards that each sponsorship level includes, we will need a couple of things from your business:
- A link to your company's website or social media page
- A copy of your company's logo
NOTE: Printing logos on shirts and banners requires a vector graphic image, a.k.a. SVG or .svg file. If your company's logo is not stored in this format, but rather is a PNG or JPEG file, there are easy ways to convert it to SVG. Just let us know and we'll help out!
