We are so excited about the upcoming season, and want to share some important news with everybody about our registration fees and related information. Without further ado...

Registration Fee Changes

We have altered the 2025 registration fees slightly from previous years, but for an important reason that everyone should appreciate. In order to reduce costs for team apparel and help ensure that all of our swimmers have something to wear to show off their team spirit, we have decided to roll the costs of a swim cap and team shirt into the registration fee--at cost. By doing this, we will be able to order the shirts and swim caps at significant discounts to previous years, saving everybody a good chunk of money in the process. Here's the new fee schedule:

$115 First Swimmer

$90 Second Swimmer

$90 Third Swimmer

Additional swimmers are still free, and the maximum registration fee per family is now $295.

The lone caveat is that, if you miss the Early Bird Registration deadline (more on that in a minute), we cannot guarantee availability of team shirts or swim caps, and so have not included the extra fee in the Late Registration fee schedule, which is as follows:

$125 First Swimmer

$75 Second Swimmer

$75 Third Swimmer

Additional swimmers are still free, and the maximum registration fee per family during Late Registration is still $275.

Registration Dates

Early Bird Registration will open the morning of April 19th, 2025, and runs through May 23rd.

After May 23rd, Late Registration begins and runs through June 6th. After June 6th, we will not be accepting any additional registrations!

Enhancements to Registration Forms

We are making a few other changes to our registration process that are intended to make things simpler and easier for everybody! Some highlights of what we have planned are below:

• Families will now be able to order additional spirit wear items during registration! You will no longer need to fill out a separate form or make separate payments. Note: the per-swimmer T-shirt and cap are separate from this new stage of registration. Anything you add to your registration in this step is in addition to the included items. Hopefully this will be clear to all during registration.
• We will no longer be asking you to pre-authorize any charges for Champs. That was kind of a pain for the board to manage last year, and SwimTopia allows us to attach that fee directly to the meet RSVP process, so you can pay that fee when and if you register your swimmer(s) for Champs.
