Piranhapalooza!
Piranhapalooza is an annual fundraising event for our team. Our swimmers collect pledges beforehand, then tackle a variety of challenges, including swimming laps, to earn donations from their supporters.
Encourage your family, friends, and neighbors to support you! Ask them to pledge a per lap, dollar amount, or total dollar amount. We need your pledges to make this event successful! Set a family goal for fundraising, then have a blast swimming to support our team!
For Swimmers
Bring lots of energy, goggles, and a person to count your laps. We will have snacks and drinks to help you keep going!
At Piranhapalooza
Check in when you arrive at the prize table! Be sure your name is in the drawings so you can leave with some awesome prizes! Head to a lane to swim as many laps as you can. Ensure your lap counter is ready and that he/she sees you as you complete your laps. Prizes will be awarded based on total laps and dollar amounts raised at the end-of-year banquet.
Fundraising Awards
Every swimmer who raises at least $75 will receive a team T-shirt with a fun design. This shirt is different from the regular team shirt. We will post the design before the event (if we can!).
